Do you supply the fragrance oil?
No. We make the diffuser, carrier and gift box; you supply or specify the fragrance, and your filler adds it. This keeps your formula and your fragrance compliance in your hands.
What is your minimum order quantity?
You can start from 100 pcs per design, which suits trial runs and first orders. Unit price drops significantly at 500 pcs and again at 1,000+ pcs, so tell us your quantity range and we will quote the options side by side.
Is there a mold fee?
Each new design needs a one-time mold, which we list clearly in your quote. Reorders of the same design reuse the mold at no extra charge. For larger orders, ask us about mold fee options.
How long does it take?
New tooling takes 25–40 days. A physical sample takes 10–14 working days (add 7 working days if we create the design for you). Mass production takes 30–60 days depending on quantity, finish and packaging. Shipping time depends on your destination and is quoted separately.
Can you work back from my event date?
Yes. Put your in-hand date in the quote form and we will plan tooling, sampling and production backwards from it, and tell you at quotation stage whether the date is achievable.

Chrome, nickel, gold, rose gold, gunmetal, black nickel, antique brass, powder coat, PVD and soft-touch. Colors can be mixed within one design, and the finish is locked to an approved sample before bulk production.
What is the vent clip made of?
The clip is spring steel, fitted to a zinc-alloy (Zamak 3) body. Tell us the vehicles or vent types you are targeting so we can confirm the grip.
